Return Policy

At PawLife Shop, we care about your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Item is not damaged, altered, or worn
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Personalized, customized, or perishable products (e.g. supplements)
- Gift cards
📦 To request a return, please contact us at cs.pawlife@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the damaged or incorrect item to cs.pawlife@gmail.com and we’ll make it right - whether that means a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
🔁 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company or bank - it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at cs.pawlife@gmail.com
🚫 Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. Most orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
📮 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
