📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• Australia
• United Kingdom

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse or partner suppliers.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs clearance, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.

📦 Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item size, availability, or fulfillment warehouse location. Don’t worry - you’ll get tracking info for each shipment.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Customs clearance procedures
• Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, FedEx)
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
